Rwandans work very well in teams as long as they fully understand their roles and responsibilities within the team as well as the roles and responsibilities of all the other team members. Rwandans easily seek help from coworkers who are in the same job level which makes it easier to work on shared project.

Once people are working together, they start building relationships which sometimes never end even if some people might leave the team. Therefore, when a team is established and is functioning well together, it is a good idea to keep them
